  We gave them 3 sets of white sheets to be cleaned (one to be washed and dried, the other two to be dried only), only to receive them back with marks over every set. We took them back and explained the issue in a calm manor, asking to have them cleaned again. The owner arced up immediately and became very defensive without even looking at the sheets, implying he had prior knowledge of the marks and decided not to say anything. He refused to take any responsibility and basically said my boyfriend and I were lying. He then had the gall to say he would wash them again... if we paid. I don't think so.

  I am disappointment how the owner handled the situation, which could have easily been resolved without them losing our business for good. When you pay for a professional service, you expect professional results and behaviour and today we got none of the above.

  Staff were rude and unhelpful the clothes were still dirty after they washed them. The woman working there made us put one load in two washing machines to charge us double

  It pains me to write this review as I have only ever had good experiences with this laundry, but today every good thought and feeling I have for this business has vanished.
